PM is a do-it-yourself type of cell company. You have to be able to explain in detail, what you want in order for someone to help you. There is no phone in support...only on-line 24 hour / 7 days a week...Christmas too !
You also have to be knowledgeable enough to create your own account...there's tons of instructions but you have to do it yourself with our help. Be able to follow instructions after you ask a question.
If you can't do it...you're probably better off with a cell company with phone support...but it'll cost more than PM.
