Good Morning,
I am unable to log into our son's account. he has forgotten his password. Can we change the e-mail linked to our home e-mail xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
We would like to change his plan, and cannot do anything at this point, due to not being able to access his account.
Please help.

First reset password at log in page. It it doesn't work, then you can send private message to customer service to ask change email:

HI @Bridget21 don't put your personal info on the forum, remove it. You can go back, click down arrow and edit your post to remove
To change email used, only CS agent can help, please open them ticket:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
