New costumer from freedom and unable to receive calls

I signed up for public mobile yesterday. I  switch my number from freedom  to Public and was successful. But I am now not able to receive incoming calls.. only texts and outgoing. Can you please  help,

When you say the porting was successful…Did you reply to the text from Freedom with the Freedom SIM in your phone confirming you are porting your old number over to PM?

This is the most important step to successfully complete porting your old number over to PM!

If you missed this important step, you will need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of page or private message them on the envelope icon above.
