Hello - my daughter had pre paid with Freedom Mobile, her account was deactivated but when I signed up for Public Mobile, I accidentally checked active service and not I am unable to receive 6 digit code on that number via text and her phone doesn’t work. What do u now? If they email to my email, I can activate.

Thanks - activating with Freedom is not an option so guess we will need to get a new number but how do we do that now?

hi @MC1976 don't message support yet, they cannot help at this point
For porting, account must be active to port the number. You need to call Freedom and resume the service and then ask PM to resend the port request
or unless you want to give up the old number and get a new one, then it is the time you ask support to belp4
