Need help as I just signed up with public mobile with eSIM option and downloaded the app to finish the activation process, the app says the phone eSIM is not compatible. I am having iPhone 16 and when I entered my imei before signing up it said my phone is compatible. Now it is not? How do I get a QR code esim, I don’t see in the email either simply says continue in app. So simply stuck.

@Sakthivel Check your phone setting maybe it installed already , and toggle on “ turn on this line “ and reset the metro setting couple times if needed .

sometimes that was a wrong message and the eSIM might be there already
check Settings -> cellular and see if PM eSIM is there, make sure it is enabled by turning on Turn on this line option and set as Primary. Them Reset Network Settings
if that does not help, ask support to help
