Hi there, upon activating my account I had issues with no service as per the FAQs I deleted it and I couldn’t re-download it. I was having issues hearing back from somebody that I opted to pay for another ESIM. I finally got service, but could you please refund me For the new Sim since the first one didn’t work?

Use the chatbot to ask a customer support agent for help. Use the orange symbol neer the bottom of the screen.

You will need to buy a new eSIM. Should be free, if it’s not contact CS_agent and explain what happened and they should take care of it.
