eSIM not compatible but IME check was fine!!

I need urgent help, because I can't activate my new plan. The app says it's not eSIM compatible, but the IME check said it's fine. What to do now???? How can I cancel my order and get a refund?

@Ann3423  have Samsung Galaxy A54 - 5G

From what I've read that phone may or may not be esim capable depending on model and carrier.

in such case, PM usually will ask you to change to physical sim first and try eSIM afterm. But ask PM first.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

@Ann3423   What phone do you have?  Sometimes the system says not esim compatible when it is, but you can check with customer support either by opening a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page or send them a private message here
