I just signed up for a new number and got an eSIM for it. My Main number is a physical sim and I hoped to have my Physical SIM as the main number and the eSIM as my second, business number.
Yet, when trying to activate my new eSIM through the Public Mobile App, it will not connect to the network and after resetting the phone, the primary physical sim doesn't fully connect. and trying to log into my account asks for 2 factor that sends a code to a number I don't have access to. So there's no way I can check the account. How do I get them to work?
My Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. It was shown on public mobile to be compatible with eSIMs

hi @JJAMESJJ
do it slowly, you want to make sure the esim work first.
you can remove the physical sim. Then set the esim as active. Then Reset Network settings. If that does not work, then the esim is not properly setup yet, ask PM support to help. You can submit ticket by direct message:

Once PM support helped with the PM esim, then put the physical sim back, make sure both physical and esim are set as active. There is a menu to choose which sim to use as primary voice and data, make sure you go through that

@JJAMESJJ Did you set them up as two separate accounts with two different email addresses?
