I recently transferred my Public Mobile phone number to another provider.
I wanted to make sure that my credit card for Public would stop being charged, but I cannot log in to my account anymore, the web page either redirects to home, or shows "Unauthorized" or "Forbidden".
When my number was transferred out of Public, was my account cancelled? Does this mean that my plan is cancelled, my billing information removed, and I will no longer be charged by Public?

You wouldn't need to ask if the Public Mobile account is closed as that can be checked by attempting to use your Public Mobile service. You shouldn't be charged any longer (assuming that number porting has completeted), but to remove your credit card from your Public Mobile account, you'll need to contact CS_Agent. https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@Cyushi Yup! Porting out essentially closed our account, hence being unable to log into your account anymore. You shouldn't be charged moving forward.

hi @Cyushi
account closed and unable to login after porting is normal
usually no problem in terms of credit card, just need to monitor the credit card statement
if you want to be 100% sure, please submit a ticket with CS agent here
