Hello all,
Hello!
happy New year!
I have been told that if I transferred my number to a different provider, I will get refund the days that I did not use from Public mobile in the month of December. Do you know how this works? thank you!

If it was a sales person with your new provider they might not have known you were on a prepaid service. Post Paid services will credit you back for any unused portion at the time of cancellation.

hi @Summer_18
happy new year!!
sorry, whoever told you about the money back gave you wrong info
PM is prepaid provider and do not provide prorated refund if you port out before end of cycle.
If you port to Telus or Koodo, since PM is part of the family, you can try asking Telus or Koodo for a one time credit. But if you port to another carrier, then sorry.
