Resolved! LTE is not working.

My LTE does not work even in areas where my friend's phone on Telus gets LTE. Back when I was with Telus I got nonstop LTE ADVANCED across the city on my S7 (which I bought from Telus) and now that I am with Public Mobile, all I get is 4G everywhere....
