Autorenewal did not go through. No service

My autorenewal did not go through properly.  I had switched my plan to the 12 gig plan back when the promo was on in November and was suppose to switch on renewal.  I also changed the credit card that was on file but everything should of went through.  Tried topping up the account and still no service.  Please help me resolve this issue.

Think you've covered all the bases. Just be sure to send the private message suggested earlier.

 

Meanwhile, if your service is down you can make phone calls with an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi. Might tide you over until resolution.

You can always try switching language, incognito mode and different browser. Fixes errors sometimes

well adding money isn't the issue now.  I have money on the account.  The problem is I can't select a plan now and when I try to reactiate current plan it says amount owing is $0

same Issue on my self serve account - plan and addons link give me generic error 😞

Yesterday as well I have this error and worked fine when I tried back after 30 mins 😞

I can't even do that.  I get a Generic Error when I click Change Plan.  And it says the amount oweing for my plan is $0. Hopefully a mod will look at this soon

what does your account balance show?

 

you might have put credit on your account but it might not have been applied to your plan.

 

 

1) if balance shows $0 or if phone not urgent send a message to @Shazia_K with your account info, and see if she can fix issue.

 

2) if phone service is urgent, and if you have a balance  take a screenshot of your future dated promo pricing (if still visable). and then activate the current 2 gb/month plan for 120$. Then send a messge to a moderator to give you the 4gb month.

 

I think @rockdaddy or @Luddite wrote a little process for renewals. will see if i can find it.
