Since morning I am unable to use my calls service. Not able to receive or make calls. Not even able to use mobile data @ link to members

hi @Konica 

are you able to login My Account and check your account status?  Maybe the account was suspended for payment problem?

or Reboot the phone and Reset Network Settings.   And if you have another phone around, test the sim card in another phone

@Konica  you mentioned that calls and data are down, does that mean that you can send/receive texts?  Do you have wi-fi connection? Please share a little more info if you can
