yesterday i had a plan with Public mobile,i got a new cell phone so i tried using the sim card in the new cell phone wouldnt work.so i took it out and put it back into the original cell phone.i started with public mobile on  02/07/2021.How do i get my account with public mobile back

is the sim card working on the old phone ?  put it back there for now

and you have no access to your account ? ask PM to check.  

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here

it all started when i got a new cell phone i took the sim car out of my old phone and put it into my new phone.then i was directed to buy a plan.why should i buy another plan when i've already paid for this month i payed on Dec 27 2024

was the service working on the old phone until now?

if it is , and sound the issue is that you cannot login My Account, let's get the access back first.  Ask support agent to help.

So it’s just a login issue. Have you tried from the app, and from desktop? If it’s a matter of a forgotten password, you can have one time passwords sent to your phone on file or email as well. *there are some users noting login issues right now, so if you password is correct and it’s not logging in, you may need to wait a little bit until the internal issue is resolved.

i can make calls ,use data  and text but i cannot get back into my account

So after you put the working sim back into your old phone, what happened? Does it say SOS on the top? Can you not make/take calls, use data or text?

@Robert_Mulvaney  The same sim card should just transfer your account to your new phone, are you sure it was inserted correctly, and did you restart the phone after inserting it?  It does still work in the old phone, correct?

I paid for my subscription on December 27 2024.it should still be active

@Robert_Mulvaney  swapping sims should not cancel your existing plan, but if I read that wrong and you are stating that you had Public Mobile in the past and your subscription expired, you will have to sign up again as a new customer. Good news is you can get the best deals as a new customer 😉
