Cannot make phone calls!

I dont know what is going on but i cannot send or receive text msgs or make/receive phone calls. When i try it says no wireless coverage! Not sure why it is doing this. It only started happening a few days ago.

Why does changing phone number require selecting a city?

PM has provincial plans and canada wide plans, so why does it matter what city is your calling area (when trying to change phone number)? Shouldn't PM just be asking for what province is your calling area?
