having a hard time making a payment with my credit card

i went to add my new visa card number, after i forgot to update it with new card and expiry date. plan had become suspended. every time i try it says unable to process. i have removed old credit card number and tried adding a new one. i have been careful with the entry of the address and postal code, but no luck. i have contatced the moderators, but have yet to receive any help back. Visa said its on public mobiles end to remove the hold or block on the visa number, because the card number is the same but the expiry date is new. i cant even get any visa cards to upload on my sons plan which had the same visa on file. i tried a tolly different visa and it wont accept any form of payment. so now my son has no phone. soooooooooo frustrated.

Did you get the issue resolved?
I am also facing the same issue.
Auto renew is active but my plan still expired.
This is frustrating because I can't even do a manual pay in self serve.. it says
"Unable to process this transaction."
Tried calling 611 and got the same answer. I need my phone plan! this is unacceptable

Run out to a gas station or something that sells gift cards that's still open and buy a voucher that way.
Or a different credit card.

they only let me buy two vouchers ( his payment was $129) and then said for security reasons they couldnt process more.... i needed one more voucher ($9) to activate his account. GEEZUS this gets frustrating!! now what???

Yes, you can buy vouchers there and enter them use them as payment. I'm not sure how long the vouchers from recharge.com take to activate but I have heard of vouchers from some places taking as long as 2 days to be valid (but I think recharge.com is almost instant), so it might not be accepted immediately.

You can find them in stores but recharge.com is online.
If you're not in AB then they're a hair cheaper than buying in a store.

yes thank you i did also try going incognito and using a different browser. recharge.com is where you buy vouchers?

@kurtehmanYou may want to head over to recharge.com and purchase a voucher that way to get the service up and running while you wait for the moderator team. I assume you have tried a different browser / incognito?

Go to recharge.com and buy a voucher (or more) and get the phone going and then figure out the credit card after.
