I waited 24 hours and my data still doesn't work.
Restarted my phone and took out sim and battery. Turned back on. No data.
Edited*: Made the wrong APN address on my phone opps.

Are you a Koodo customer or a Public Mobile customer? Koodo APN settings will not work if you are using Public Mobile service.

@mccanc did your previous plan include data? If so, was it working then? Have you rebooted your phone since changing plans? Is mobile data turned on or off on your phone? If you've never used data with Public Mobile before: what is your phone's brand and model? Some require some extra work to get going.

@mccanc, has your new plan been activated yet, or are your loaded funds still classed as available? Perhaps the activation hasn't taken place yet?
