reset password help?

I'm trying to reset my password to my account, I click forgot password link put in my email address, answer security question and hit reset, it loads to the restet sent page but nothing actually gets sent to my email! help

If it doesn't go through in a few hours you will need to contact a Moderator to get access to your account. You can send them a private message here. Current wait times are 1-2 days.

How long ago did you send the reset request? It might take a little while to get generated.

That being said. A few people have messaged on here that this feature is not working. In such a case it would be best to send a message to the mods to have it reset manually. Please not this can take up the 72hours.

are you sure you have the right email? sometimes i do that too. could be a typo
