Phone not compatible _ partly signed up!!!

I have gone through the sign up, but the password would not work.  The PW was changed and still did not work.  Checked the IMEI number and found the phone is not compatible.  At this point I would like to halt the process and make sure I"m not charged.   I plan to purchase a new phone, and will start the sign up process again.  (The telephone number has not been ported)

you attempted to activate a new PM account using the PM app...right ? Did you get to the part where you enter your credit card info and pay for your selected plan ? If you didn't pay yet...nothing to worry about. When you get a new cellphone, download the PM app to continue the activation process.

hi @Rosegrandkids what phone do you have?  did you got past the payment step on the Subscription process yet?

you can check with support to confirm or you also also ask PM to confirm if any payment was made
