I have an iphone X, when I signed up I paid for an esim card, the esim card came back not compatible, I spoke to Public Mobile and they suggested I order one of their Sim Cards which I did. When I put the sim card in it comes up not compatible. Has anyone else had this issue.

iPhone X has no esim
and you need to ask PM to update the sim card number for you.
