Can't top up my add-on

I'm not able to top up my US Data Roaming add-on. I tried in the app an it just credited my account instead of actually adding the add-on in the app. On the browser it just doesn't show up as an option at all. I need this add-on immediately.

Can’t recieve calls and SMS after transferring from lucky

I’ve transferred on Sunday and it’s been a couple of days and I can use data and make calls but I can’t receive them or SMS I transferred my number as well and replied yes to the number transfer approval text please help

I can now receive pictures through text but I am unable to send pictures through text. I changed APN a few different ways and seeing is still not working. All messages work but not pictures. Any suggestions. Thansk

Payment problem

I added a payment voucher and it said it was successful but it didn't work so I tried again and it said my payment voucher has been used. I think I deserve credit already I have had problems for the last 4 months and have wasted lots of money too.
