I’m having the exact same problem, and I REFUSE to pay the $40 it is asking me to pay.

@sebafm The system is set to apply the $20 discount when Autopay is processed without interruption. Since your payment was declined and need a manual payment, you will need to engage PM CS Agent for them to manually apply the $20 discount.
