Hi,
My call/data service stopped today. And I have a message in App saying "Your service are on hold because your plan has expired".
I signed my plan in Jan 25, 2026 with 50% discount for 60G/$20 after discount. It worked in the first 2 months. Then it suddenly stopped working today and let me renew without discount at @40$+tax. My credit card was set up from the first day. What's the issue? how to fix it?

Autopay sometimes fails unfortunately. YOu will need to contact customer service agent.
Since your account is inacitve, I will try to escalate your issue with CSA_PM.
