CAN'T GET TO MY ACCOUNT PROFILE

I logged in but everytime I click "my account" it sends me to the HOME PAGE!! I can't get to my profile!!!

try login again using Browser with Incognito mode or try using  Public Mobile app (if you already installed and tried the app, uninstall and reinstall after a device reboot)
