Hello. I've just signed up and received the confirmation of purchase email with instructions to complete activation with the app. I downloaded the app and when I try to sign in I just keep getting the error "something went wrong please try again later" I've removed the app, cleared my cache, and restarted my phone and still no luck. I also never received my esim QR code. My phone is confirmed esim compatible. I'm not sure how to proceed from here
