Changed subscription plan. Charged twice. Refund?

Looking for help. 
Changed plan before renewal and $44.50 was charged on March 28th and changed to lower plan same day and same was charged $39.50. 

would the previous charge be refunded back?

Ah! My bad and this sucks. I’ll try to create a ticket as it’s first time I did it 😞

Yikes,  Public Mobile has a strict no refunds or credit policy.

Always for the future, use Change on Renewal,  it's actually highlighted and on top for you.

You can always ask by creating a ticket.

@Shantanu91  Unfortunately no public mobile is pre paid and no refunds and it’s why it’s advised to change plan using change in renewal option and not immediately so you don’t lose $ on your current cycle
