Not receiving MMS from Bell Subscriber

Hi,I seem unable to receive MMS messages from Bell subscribers.  I receive MMS from PM subscribers and even from VoiP subscribers (Text Now supports MMS) with no issues. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks,Neil
