Hey all,I added the $30, 1G data Add on to my plan last week but it isn't working. It shows up on my account as having been purchased, but the only time my phone connects to the network is when I'm also on Wifi. What gives??
Hey! I'm getting the same error when I try to set up my Amex after the initial setup. I've been on PM for about a year and every pay cycle I try to add my Amex but no dice
I definitely did the two steps for the add on, and the data is showing as active in my account. I've reached out to the mods and I'll check my data settings now.Thanks!!
