Can't complete 2-step add-on purchase

I purchased $30.00 of funds to add 1 GB of data to my plan. I am aware of the two-step process and tried to purchase it through the funds, I got the "good things come to those who wait" loading message and then it refreshed the page and the 30.00 are still showing up in my funds. The data add-on was not added. I tried doing it twice and this happened both times.

The error message I got at the bottom of the screen says "ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Provisioning_15"

Am I missing anything? Thanks!

try using a different browser, clearing your cache or try doing it in incognito mode
