Hi @SanjDeva $10 is regular price and Telus store is only helping out with PM
but get it from. Amazon for $5

Went to Telus store for a SIM card, was told $10 and online says $5. What is going on?
Signed up online over 1.5 hrs back, still waiting for activation. Stranded!!!!!!!

I have the app installed it is stalled at eht Welcome back Audrey Dixon. let's complete your activation. when I click on the continue buttone it takes me to the eSIM page

@agdixon .you may need to uninstall the app and reinstall it , but you will need support help to sim swap to the number to your new physical sim if you already tried the eSIM to finish the activation

@agdixon For the eSIM refund you will need to contact a customer support agent since you have purchased a physical SIM. Can you tell us exactly how far you made it through before getting stuck? Have you installed the Public Mobile app on your phone and tried to complete your account activation through the app?
