Login to your account and look at Available Funds. It is likely $10. If so, just purchase the add-on again using Available Funds. Logout, reboot your phone and check for service.
When you try to buy an add-on the system only adds the required amount to your Available Funds which then means you must return and buy it a second time with Available Funds. It's a glitch in the system.
If that does not work, you will need moderator assistance. Send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.
