Bought the service, put the sim chip in connected to wifi pressed ok tried to transfer number didnt work now ive been just stuck on a page that says to contact customer support then an agent directed me here. Please help. I bought the $34 for 40gbs deal.

it might be an activation problem instead of porting if you stuck at the activation page
for porting, call Porting team for update. I will send you the porting team number, check your Community inbox
also, submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to confirm
