I bought USA add on - didnt work - I was charged numerous times by Tmoble. I am trying to submit a ticket to get customer support. In order to do that I seem to need to know when I started plan many years ago. I have been trying for over an hour now to get help - SO FRUSTRATING!!

@Rastin No that shouldn't happen. Perhaps @neilthompson1 means he had to get a plan from T-Mobile?

Are you saying that tmoble sent you a bill? Did not know they could do that. It was my understanding that if you didn't have coverage for the US your phone just would not work.

don't just try T-Mobile, try to manual connect to AT&T as well
also turn off 5G, use only 4G or LTE and it should help
