Activation failure

Unable to activate a new SIM.  Added all the data on the online form, new SIM, requested a new cell number, entered payment info, etc.  Received error that the activation process failed and that I need to contact customer server.  I am unable to login via the email provided and I am unable to use the SIM as it is seen as invalid when I tried the process again.  Need help quick assistanc on this please.

Your current SIM is now invald because it has been registered to the account you cannot access. It's bug in the system.

You will need moderator assistance. Send  a private message to the moderator team with your SIM number, phone number, and an explanation. Given their backlog it may be a day, or two, before you have a response. Perhaps, turn on email notification of private messages to see their response as soon as it arrives.

 

Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

 

It will get fixed.

Unfortunately it is time to contact the mods and it`ll take 24-48 hours. Please include sim#, phone#, email used during activation, and detailed description of what happened.
