Resolved! SIM Failure

Help! I've started getting messages about every hour saying "SIM Failure" or "No SIM". I take out the SIM card and re insert and that fixes the issue for about one hour. Then the same thing happeneds. Any suggestions 

911 issues?

A couple weeks ago I tried calling 911 6 different times within a 20 minute period. Each time I got the automated message " All circuits busy, try again later" is that an issue with PM Service? Or.....?

Double deduction of minutes

had an addon and active minutes in my plan. There was a double deduction or maybe the minutes didn't get credited this time since it shows that all of that is utilised in just 9 days and I have't made many calls.
