I switched from the $40 plan to the $25 expecting my data to go from 4gb to 1gb (500mb+500 more with autopay) but it is just showing my promo 1gb and I'm about to run out soon. Can someone fix this?
I was talking with them via private message on monday, they asked for my account number and I submitted it, and then nothing. I've sent a few replies since but no one is answering. Are they just super busy? Is this typical for Public Mobile? Thanks
