trying to port number from Koodo Prepaid

I sent a message to the Mod Team with the details for the port but haven't heard back from them. What should I do next?

Unfortunately, you will need to be patient.  Moderator wait times are 2-3 days.  Prepaid Koodo and Public mobile share the same backend, so the moderators have to complete the port.  Continue to use your temporary PM number for now.
