I had my plan set up last month the clerk set me up accidentally on province wide calling which I wanted Canada wide. I had thought I had change it to Canada wide which new schedule started today. In which it didn’t. So I changed it to Canada wide and it charged me double. What can be done?

Only the moderators can help adjust your billing. Generally, they are quite helpful, but no guarantees. Expect 2-3 day wait though.

does PM make this easily noticeable, upon changing ur plan? i hope they do because i can see alot of people falling in this pratfall
@slash407 there is verbiage but it's not entirely clear. See here for an example image: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Plans-Add-Ons/Changing-plan/m-p/311133/highlight/true... Basically, it tells you that your plan features will be lost. It's not very clear. I know the oracles have raised this up to @Alan_K and I believe his team are working on making this more apparent. Alan, the wording probably needs changing too, given that it's talking about plan features. I don't think it's clear as-is. cc: @NDesai @Luddite @ShawnC13 @will13am
It has been submitted. Expect that to take affect within a next few weeks.
