Activating sim card trouble

Hello,

I activated my account with a new sim card earlier, but when I login to my account it still prompts me to activate my sim card. 

When I try to enter the information again, it tells me that the sim card number is already in use.

Sometimes it takes time for the website/system to update, and there is often display issues.  Does your service work? if so, you should be all set, and can check back to see if its updated after 24hrs.
If no service, you may reach out to a PM customer service agent to help you make sure everything went through on their end, which you can do here:

You should have gotten a text or email with a 2FA code confirming the activation of your account.

If you didn’t get the text or email then contact a CS_Agent by pm them directly.

Yes I've activated the sim through the app, and have completed the payment

Did you activate the SIM on the PM app?

Did you complete up to step 6 payment section?

Your PM service works?  if just login My Account, problem, then just the system cannot find your account from the email login, you need to ask PM to help to correct that  

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here
