Does anyone know what to do when you cant access you account to pay you bill? I cant log info self serve keeps saying my email is invalid. I had to create a new email and create a new community account just to sign info the community!

Only moderatore can access your account.
Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.

You can buy a voucher and call 611 to make a payment or use recharge.com.

I got several differnt messages through various attemps but the Mail one was invalid email but i thanks my free email serve closed up shop so i couldnt access my account to change it

What is the exact message that you get when you try to login? And were you on a grandfathered 90 day plan? Thanks.

Use the 611 service. You can top up using a pre-registered payment card or use a voucher from a store or online.
