Hello community,
Hope you guys are well. I have lost access to my old account due to inactivity for more than 90 days. Actually, I had to go overseas for few months therefore I paused my subscription and unfortunately I forgot to turn it on and now I have lost access to my account as it’s been 93 days. I really need my old number back as I have been using it for a year and have all accounts associated with it. Customer service team if you are reading, please advise me

If the number originated with Public Mobile (not ported in from another carrier), it will likely still be in Public Mobile's number pool. From what I've seen from others in your shoes, it will take multiple inquiries with different agents to try and get it manually reassigned back to you.
If it was ported in, the number went back to the first carrier that it originated with.

Your account is closed, number lost. Number went into pool of available number and any new customer can pick it up.
Open a ticket and kindly ask agent to locate and assign you your old number. That might NOT be possible but it is worth to try.

Sorry it will be returned to the carrier you got the number from then it will be paused for 90 days and will be up to grab from the carrier.

@Mbilal , your number has probably gone back into the pool for reuse. What you can do is reach out to support and see if it is possible to get the number back. No guarantees of course.

you might not be able to. And it also depends if the number was originally from PM or Telus family
but why not ask PM to they will tell you .
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
