I changed my number and registered my new SIM card. But my old number is still registered on my account. When I log in, they ask me to activate my sim card. They tell it's already done. It is because I've been using it for months now. What do I do to fix this

what do you mean you changed number ? If you just wanted to change your PM number, you didn't need a new sim. You just download the app to your cell, log in and go to the Account tab...tap it and scroll down to see Change Phone Number.
added...you may need Customer Support now. Click the orange chat bubble to start process to get Customer Support to straighten things out.
