Hi,
I recently tried to transfer from Freedom to Public Mobile. When I received the message to transfer my number I replied yes but it seems like there was an issue and Freedom never got it. Now I have a temporary number on Public Mobile and my phone number on my still active Freedom account.
When I try to transfer the number again using the app I keep getting an error message and it doesn't let me do it. Can someone help me with this?
