I have tried several times to pay my phone bill with my credit card but it keeps saying try again and that it has failed. Idk what else to do and my payments usually come out automatically so I’m confused as to why today it just stoped. I also made sure there is enough money in my account for it to go through. I called the 611 number after I got a message that my account has been suspended. My payment is due tomorrow and I’m not sure what to do.

Try again in 24 hours if you can wait
If you can't wait , but vouchers from Canadian Tire or Shoppers Drug Mart and load the voucher on My Account or *611

If there enough funds in your account. The system would have taken the top-up out of your account. There seems to be a glitch with AutoPay…it should have taken it out with the registered CC. Some members indicated the the Subscribe (AutoPay) button was disable and payment wasn’t taken out for the monthly payment. So check for future payments.
Other option is to pay with vouchers on 611 but the you can make a manual payment with the registered CC on file.
