I'm getting a network locked Sim card inserted message and asking for PUK, the default 1234 isn't working.

A PUK would never be 1234. Is your phone asking for SIM Network Unlock PUK? If it is, your phone is locked to a different carrier. Public Mobile wouldn't be able to help.

@dmwolodka29 stop trying to guess it, it will be useless after 10 attempts. Contact the moderators and ask them to for it. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)
