Service not working

Hi, I activated yesterday from Freedom and I still don't have a working phone plan. Service is super intermittent and I keep losing it and only a few calls have gone through. I was unable to get a ticket going. Could someone help me?

I just activated my new account. I simply connected to the internet without any browsing, just to make sure it worked. I apparently used over 55 mb of data just to connect. Is that normal? How much browse time do I get with 1000 mb of data?

I have the 15.00 plan. It says I have international texting . I was just in the USA and on two occasions I tried to text and I could not. It said not delivered both times.am I not able to send a text from the USA with my 15.00 plan.
