So I put a sim pin on my SIM card cuz my ex gf kept creeping and she put the wrong code in to many times and it’s saying I need a puk code... PLEASE HELP!!!

Put "Urgent need PUK" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon. Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon at the top right corner of the screen. If you remain online for awhile you might get lucky and have a night CSA reply otherwise you will not get a message until the morning.

You enabled the SIM card PIN secuirty feature? You'll need to get the SIM's PUK by contacting customer support at: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
An alternative would be to siwtch to a new Public Mobile SIM card if you have one available and don't wait to wish for reply from a customer support agent.

You will need to contact the Customer Support Agents through the chat bubble in the lower right hand corner and get the code from them. If you have a Samsung you can contact them and they may give you a Master PUK that will help you out.
