Resolved! Changing my plan

I'm trying to change my plan but when I hit 'Change Plan' the screen is blank, no options.  When I hit current plan on overview, I get an error message and it makes me log in again.  Is the system not working correctly right now?

Resolved! No Service - Searching

Hi - Started having this issue yesterday. All of a sudden my iphone wont connect to the cellular network. It just says Searching - eventually saying No Service. Account is paid up, tried rebooting - still no luck. Any ideas?
