$15 Plan what happened to top-up bonus and unlimited minutes?

I signed up for the $15 plan a year ago.

At that time, the web page said things like:

1. unlimited incoming minutes

2. extra data if you automatically top-up

3. $2 loyalty discount for every year

If I look at the web page now, it does not say any of those things.  If I look in my account, it just says I'm on the $15 plan (as noted above, the current web page is missing those 3 things I mentioned).

Have I lost these 3 things?

If they are indeed still there, where can I find proof in writing?

If you were on the $15 plan and turned on autopay you would get the base 250mb + 250mb. $25 is 500mb + 500mb.

@DPyro   on the $15 plan, with or without Autopay, it still only getting 250MB of data.  Technically, $15 does not come with any data and will get 250Mb if Autopay is enabled.  But PM has been  "generous" enough (or system glitch?) that give out the 250Mb data even if Autopay is disabled

with $25 plan, it is 500Mb +500MB if Autopay is enabled and only 500Mb if Autopay is disabled.

Thanks for the replies.  I hardly ever login to my account, and only logged-in today because I saw some new plans posted on redflagdeals.  Looks like I picked the one day to login when the website is a basket-case.  Not only do I see others posting the exact same question as mine, but there seems to be tons of other worse problems.  I'll have to give it some time for the bugs to get worked-out and check back later,

@bt101   You are absolutely right that it did say people will get 250Mb bonus for Autopay

But reality is that those on $15 plan, they will get 250Mb even without Autopay enabled.

So, the idea is $15 get 0 mb data by itself, but 250Mb if you enabled Autopay, except the system will just throw in the extra even you didn't enable Autopay.     For whatever reason, PM did that on purpose on the $15 plan

I thought you got an extra 250 MB if you're on autopay as well.

Thanks for the answers.  (yes the loyalty if $1 per year)   Unfortunately, if I look in my account, it says the same thing as the web page and says nothing about the 3 things I mentioned.  Dunkman's suggestion of switching to another plan does show that the current plan offer does have unlimited incoming minutes.  That gives me security for that one item (for now) until they change it.  However I am still not able to determine exactly (in writing) what my current $15 plan offers (expecting to see those 3 things in writing somewhere).

@bt101   Keep in mind one thing, the plan you got and current plan you see on PM site could be different plans even the price and it "looks" the same.  There is a plan code used by PM internally and they could be different.  So, you just need to check what is showing on your current Plan details on My Account

  • Autopay ties with old rewards system, you still on old rewards, then you will get to keep it
  • it's $1 loyalty discount for every year, not $2.  Again, this is tied to the reward system you have and not the plan
  • the data are never "extra" for $15 plan.  It always come with 250Mb with or without Autopay

@bt101

No known changes with the $15 plan.

Public mobile just changed to new Account page and introduced new LTE plans, so there might be things that need to be corrected.

There is no $2/month autopay credit for new customers.

I just checked my account and tried to change to $15 plan. Here is what I saw:
