Last week you offered new clients a 2.5gb per month signing bonus, but offer nothing to your long time clients. I have been with you for years, yet nothing is offered to clients. Virgin mobile is offering 12GB at 4G speed for $52 and I was told by PM that you wouldn't match it. I would like to speak to someone in Customer Service but have no clue how to get there.

If you decide to check out virgin don't port your number right away. You have two weeks to test the new service and cancel at no cost to you. There have been many customers that did not like their new provider and discovered that the they had lost all of their rewards, bonuses and their plan all for naught. Rather than live with regret ensure you are making the right move before you actually move your phone number and close your account.

Virgin mobile is offering that to new customers. If you have been here for years then you would have received quite a few free add-ons over that past few Christmases. PM does not have a loyalty department and there are no negotiations on plan pricing everyone pays the same (Except reward amounts earned differ from person to person)

@Devsev all carriers are like that, they more focus of getting new subscribers than keeping existing happy. But you got annual holiday bonus on last couple years. Not all carriers are generous like PM

NONE. Zero. Zilch. Existing customer do not get any promo offers.
Promo offers are geared toward New customers. PM does not do price matching.
Best you can get is loyalty reward (max $5), autopay reward ($2), referrals rewards (there used to be a limit of 110) and Community rewards.
Do not waste your time talking to agent regarding promos and price matching; but if you want to, please...
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

You don't get negotiation opportunities for your plan here @Devsev .
Public normally gives freebies to customers at christmas time. And sometimes targets certain customers or areas to offer promos / deals.
If you have been here a while and not switched to public points yet, then you are already getting long time benefits with Loyalty rewards, autopay (if registered), and any friends you referred all the way.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:
